Zaniyah and Zaveyah were born to proud mom Wylmarie at just shy of 28 weeks gestational age. Zaveyah weighed only 2lbs 9.6oz. Mom shared this about her pregancy and NICU journey:

My water broke with baby A at 26 weeks. Moved into the hospital and at 27 weeks baby B water broke. At 27+6 I had two beautiful baby girls. Baby A (Zaniyah) went home at 59 days. Baby B (Zaveyah) awaits heart surgery this week (74 days and counting).

Both twins are home and reunited! Mom sent me the pictures below. Look how big these girls are getting!
